Additional comments - I can only imagine how challenging it must be to introduce yourself, your methods, reasons for your methods, experience, analysis of the
dog, advice to owners etc in a 2 hour window. We felt that there was nothing that could be improved and genuinely enjoyed and felt we gained from Paul’s advice.

It's great that Paul comes home to you and trains in your own environment joining walks in the daily environment and training there (us training offsite in an artificial envirionment).

Additional comments - In just one morning Paul was able to stop my dog from getting overly excited on going for a walk and jumping up at people. My dog is also much better on her lead and putting her in a calm frame of mind before letting her off leash is much better as she doesn't race off.

Additional comments - Paul came to our house and was such a great help. He gave us tips and advice as well as showing us what we needed to do. We found him friendly and very easy to talk to. We also thought it helped that he explained why there were certain anxieties rather than just how to help them. We have found the advice we took has had a brilliant impact and I would definately go back to him for more help, if needed.
